With capacity for 20,000 meals a day, we combine chef-led cooking with modern food manufacturing, so quality stays consistent at scale.

Every dish starts with carefully chosen raw materials — proteins, fresh vegetables, rich stocks, herbs and spices — selected for flavour, consistency and traceability. Our production mirrors traditional kitchen techniques wherever possible.

Although we run a high-capacity BRC Grade AA facility, every meal is individually checked by a trained person before it leaves our kitchen.

Our development team works with national and international partners — including O'Briens Sandwich Bars, Potbelly USA and MuscleFood UK — to create bespoke meals that fit each partner's flavour profile and operation.
