Where do you deliver, and how much is it?

We deliver within 12km of Cork on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Delivery is €9.99, and free on orders over €100. Please note we will allocate a delivery time and make 1 delivery attempt for the delivery fee — after that you will need to collect your order or pay a new delivery fee. You can also collect for free from our kitchen in Ballincollig.

When will I get my order?

Order by 5pm and it's ready for collection or delivery from: Monday → Wednesday, Tuesday → Thursday, Wednesday → Friday, Thursday → Saturday, Friday → the following Monday. Orders after 5pm or at the weekend move to the next order day. You choose your day at checkout.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes — the minimum order is €30.

How long do the meals keep?

We make all foods to order, for added shelf life and freshness. Our meals have a 7-day shelf life. Each pack shows its own use-by date.

How do I pay?

Securely online when you check out — by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card details.

Where can I find ingredients and allergens?

On every product page, under Ingredients & Allergens and Nutritional Information, taken from each brand's own label.

Do you supply shops, cafés and caterers?

Yes — retail, wholesale and food service, including 2.5kg trays. Send us a business enquiry.
